No, Truffle is free for parents and caregivers. To enjoy all the benefits of our platform, you can create a Truffle account for free. As parents and caregivers, you will only pay for the childcare services you book through our website.

If you want to create a Truffle account, click on the “Sign Up” button. To get you started, all we need is your email address and phone number.

Truffle’s booking interface is simple and intuitive, similar to the online booking services of hotels or restaurants.

In the booking interface, you will be able to specify the location of where you want to search for childcare services, whether you are looking for drop-in or long-term services, the specific date(s) of when you are looking to use these services, and the age of your child(ren).

Once you click “Search”, our internal algorithm will ONLY display the childcare facilities that meet your criteria, allowing you to be able to select the provider you prefer.

After reviewing your options and making your selection, you can proceed to book the childcare services and send a request. Like every other online booking platform, please note that you will have to provide your payment information to book.

We are excited you want to use Truffle to find the right childcare facility for you. We are new and currently in the phase of recruiting childcare facilities. Sign up for early access and as soon as we move into the next phase, you will be the first to know and will be able to register your child into a childcare facility.
